The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for renovation works in a public building with auxiliary (support) buildings and structures, specifically in the school building located at 11 Franka St., Semky, Khmilnytsky district, Vinnytsia region.
The works will be carried out as part of the project “Emergency Assistance and Support to Evacuations (EASE),” which is implemented under Sub-grant Agreement No. UHF-122024-03, signed on December 2, 2024, with the Charity Foundation “TEAM4UA.”
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”
Service delivery period: up to 60 calendar days from the date of signing the contract
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by August 25, 2025, by 6 PM in paper form via mail or personally in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for renovation works in a public building with auxiliary (support) buildings and structures, specifically in the school building located at the following address 11 Franka St., Semky, Khmilnytsky district, Vinnytsia region.”

The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
