The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for current repairs of the facade, paving, and drainage system of the building at the following address: 51 Stus St., Stoianiv village, Sheptytskyi district, Lviv region.
The work will be carried out as part of the project “Comprehensive support and protection of vulnerable categories of evacuees,” implemented under the partnership agreement No. CBPF-UKR-25-S-NGO-34892, concluded on May 15, 2025, with the financial support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the procurement of goods, works, and services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”
Service delivery period: 120 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
Payment: non-cash payment.

- Appendix 1.2 – Defect report for the performance of work;
- Appendix 1.3 – Building facade diagram;
- Appendix 1.4 – Technical passport of the building;
- Appendix 1.5 – Photo of the building.
Visits to the site are possible by prior arrangement.
Proposals must be submitted by mail or in person in one paper copy by August 5, 2025, by 6 PM in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for current repairs of the facade, paving and drainage system of the building at the following address: 51 Stus St., Stoianiv village, Sheptytskyi district, Lviv region.” In the “Recipient” section, please indicate CO “CF “EAST SOS”, Uzhhorod, Nova Poshta No. 2, +38 (098) 916 02 42 (contact person).
The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times. An electronic flash drive with a copy of the estimate in electronic form (AVK format) or a link to the documentation in cloud storage should also be attached to the proposal.
