The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for current repairs of the facade and paving of the public building of the ENT department of the geriatric facility at the following address: 20-A Serhii Mishchenko St., Hero of Ukraine, Zinkiv, Poltava district, Poltava region.
The work will be carried out as part of the project “Comprehensive support and protection of vulnerable groups of evacuees” and partnership agreement No. CBPF-UKR-25-S-NGO-34892, concluded on May 15, 2025, with the financial support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the procurement of goods, works, and services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”
Service delivery period: up to 120 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
Payment: non-cash payment.
Tender documentation:
- Tender;
- Appendix 1.2 – Defect report for the facade and pavement;
- Appendix 1.3 – Technical passport of the building;
- Appendix 1.4 – Photos of the building.
The proposal must be submitted in one copy by July 16, 2025, by 6 PM in paper form (by mail or in person in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for current repairs of the facade and paving of the public building of the ENT department for a geriatric facility at the following address: 20-A Serhii Mishchenko St., Hero of Ukraine, Zinkiv, Poltava District, Poltava Region”).

The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
