Tender for current repairs of the facade and pavement of the former neurological department of the Radekhiv Central District Hospital (Lviv region)

The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for current repairs of the facade and paving of the former neurological department of the Radekhiv Central District Hospital, located at the following address: 51 Stus Street, Stoianiv village, Radekhiv community, Lviv region.

The work will be carried out as part of the project “Comprehensive support and protection of vulnerable categories of evacuees” and partnership agreement No. CBPF-UKR-25-S-NGO-34892 concluded on May 15, 2025, with the financial support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).

The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the procurement of goods, works, and services of the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”

Service delivery period: 120 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.

Payment: non-cash payment.

• Appendix 1.2 – Defect report for the performance of works;

Proposals must be submitted in one copy on July 20, 2025, by 6 PM in paper form by mail or in person in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for current repairs of the facade and paving of the former neurological department of the Radekhiv Central District Hospital, located at the following address: 51 Stus St., Stoianiv village, Radekhiv community, Lviv region.” In the “Recipient” section, please indicate CO “CF “EAST SOS”, Uzhhorod, Nova Poshta No. 2, tel. +380989160242 (contact person). The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
