The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for current repairs of a part of the building (dormitory) at the following address: 18 Amosova St., Kharkiv, Kharkiv region. The works will be carried out as part of the project “Accessible Accommodation and Tailored Support Services for Vulnerable Displaced Persons in Kharkiv Oblast” with the support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”
Service delivery period: until 31 August 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by 14 April 2026 (6 PM) in paper form via Nova Poshta or in person in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for current repairs of a part of the building (dormitory) at the following address: 1 Amosova St., Kharkiv, Kharkiv region.”
In the “Recipient” section, please indicate: CO “CF “EAST-SOS”, Kyiv, Nova Poshta No. 57, +38 050 785 81 96 (contact person).
The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.

Participants may visit the site within the specified period on 8 April, with prior notification of the intention to visit the site by emailing o.kliusyk@east-sos.org or calling +38 050 785 81 96. Individual site visits by each participant are prohibited.
