the russian shelling of the Pidhorodne community in the Dnipro region. The Vostok SOS Charitable Foundation’s evacuation team helped to find the victims under the rubble

On June 3, 2023, a two-year-old child died during the russian shelling of the Pidhorodne community in the Dnipro region. 22 people were injured, including 5 children.

“Two two-story buildings were partially destroyed by an enemy missile that hit between them. 10 private houses, a car, a shop, and gas pipelines were also damaged”, said Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipro regional military administration.

The Vostok SOS Charitable Foundation’s evacuation team joined the Red Cross Emergency Response Team. Davyd Pahava, Roman Koltsov, and Roman Matsevko helped to find the victims under the rubble.

The teamwork and cooperation with the State Emergency Service helped to rescue 3 people.
