Living Between Hope and Pain: East SOS Psychological Support Program Coordinator on the State of Ambiguous Loss

An experience without answers: the person seems to still exist – yet is no longer around.

Because of the war, thousands of families have lost contact with their loved ones. There is no news, no certainty – only exhausting waiting.

In the new episode of the Momentalka Project by the Eastern Point online media, Yuliia Krat, the Psychological Support Program Coordinator at East SOS, talks about the state of ambiguous loss – an experience thousands of people in Ukraine are living through right now.

Watch the video to learn more about what this experience feels like and what can help support people going through it.
