Guided Aerial Bombs, Drones, and Destroyed Homes: Evacuation in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

📺 Anna Baranova, an EAST SOS evacuation specialist, shared this and more during her live appearance on Suspilne TV.
‼️ Enemy FPV drones and guided aerial bombs remain the most significant threat to the civilian population. As russian forces strike civilian infrastructure, towns and villages are often left entirely without electricity, water, and gas, while access to healthcare, pharmacies, and food remains severely limited.
☎️ The EAST SOS hotline receives many requests from the settlemants of Chaplyne, Marhanets, Vasylkivka, Mezhova, Petropavlivka, Troitske, Slovianka, and Nikopol.
“Over the past week, we evacuated around 10 people from Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Most of them are older individuals, for whom the decision to leave their homes behind is incredibly painful. Our team recently evacuated a family from Chaplyne who had spent the night outside during shelling after a guided aerial bomb destroyed a nearby house. Our team has seen a significant deterioration in the security situation since autumn. That’s why we went to local hromadas (communities) to inform people about the evacuation and what to expect afterward,” said the evacuation specialist.
‼️ It is worth noting that a mandatory evacuation was recently announced in Synelnykove Raion for everyone living in the Chaplyne and Shevchenkivka village councils. EAST SOS provides targeted, free of charge evacuation from Synelnykove Raion.
