EAST SOS Temporarily Suspends Applications for Household Repairs in Donetsk Oblast and Izium Hromada in Kharkiv Oblast

Since 2023, the reconstruction team of the EAST SOS Charity Foundation has been helping restore housing damaged as a result of russian attacks. The team repairs windows, doors, and roofs in houses across Donetsk and Kharkiv oblasts.

During this time, 1,938 repairs have been completed. Behind this figure are families for whom a restored home means an opportunity to regain at least part of their normal life.

Today, we regret to inform you that due to the rapid deterioration of the security situation, EAST SOS is temporarily not accepting requests for household repairs in Donetsk Oblast and the Izium hromada (Kharkiv Oblast).

The Foundation’s team in contact with hromadas and continues to support housing repairs in other areas.
