The charitable foundation “East SOS” replaced the windows at the West Donbas Vocational Lyceum in Pavlograd (Dnipropetrovsk region), which was damaged due to a massive missile attack by the russian army on January 23, 2024. Thanks to a donation of 5,000 euros from the “Cultures of Resistance Network” platform, we replaced 16 windows (81 m²). The cost of the work amounted to 240,030 hryvnias.

“The administration of the institution requested assistance in eliminating the consequences of enemy aggression – replacing the damaged and broken windows in the educational building. We promptly responded to the request and restored the opportunity to receive education in the building. The lyceum has about 420 students, most of whom are representatives of disadvantaged categories,” commented Maya Kuzmina, a member of the foundation’s board of directors.

Thank you for your support of the Cultures of Resistance Network, which supports civil society organizations, activists and artists to build a more just and peaceful world through creative resistance and nonviolent action.

Support us with a donation, and we will continue to take care of those who need it most. Details:
