Bed and bed linen for a family that hosts displaced people in their home

Andriy and Olena Semeniuta are a couple from the village of Zdvyzhivka, Buchanskyi district, Kyiv region. The couple has been volunteering since the beginning of the full-scale invasion: preparing food for those in need, and hosting a family of displaced persons from the Donetsk region. This is possible thanks to the Shelter platform, where everyone can register and offer housing, or vice versa – find it.

The family lives in a small house, that’s why they felt it was difficult to accommodate several people at the same time. For their accommodation, we purchased a bunk bed, mattresses and 6 bed linen to improve the living and comfort of everyone in the home.

As part of the “Emergency Response in Ukraine” project, we purchase equipment and furniture for shelters that provide housing for displaced persons from conflict areas. The project is implemented with the support of CARE.
