Announcing the Call for Topics: Vostok SOS Opinion Festival 2023

Event
Завершено

Vostok SOS is thrilled to invite participants to contribute their ideas and suggestions for the upcoming Opinion Festival 2023!

The Opinion Festival has evolved into a powerful platform for engaging discussions on socially important issues and challenges. Since its inception in 2017, the festival has been held annually in Sievierodonetsk, fostering meaningful dialogues and inspiring positive change.

This year, we cannot hold the event in the Luhansk region, but with faith in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, we inform you that we will meet in another place.

What are we going to talk about?

Many Ukrainians lost their homes due to the russian war and were forced to start life from scratch. The word “home” has acquired a different meaning and significance. This year, we will dive into the historical facts and tragedies that forced people to leave their homes and seek refuge.

You can come up with ideas!

We are seeking essential topics that will provoke reflection and aid us in finding solutions to the challenges we face in the context of the full-scale russian war in Ukraine. We eagerly await your ideas here and encourage our friends, partners, beneficiaries, and Vostok SOS Charitable Foundation representatives to collaborate!

How do we hold the festival?

The festival will consist of multiple 90-minute discussions on various socially important topics related to the challenges arising from the russian war in Ukraine and displacement issues. Opinion leaders, government officials, civil society representatives, and the international community will share their experiences and knowledge during the discussions. The audience will join the talks by asking questions and receiving answers.

You can follow the festival’s news via our social media profiles:

We are open to partnerships and acquaintances! If you have any questions, please contact us ([email protected]).
