The project aims to support evacuated individuals from frontline areas by providing hot meals, essential care products, and psychosocial assistance to people with disabilities, individuals with limited mobility, and those who have lost their documents while staying in transit shelters.

IDPs, residents of areas affected by hostilities, and particularly vulnerable population groups, including people over 65, persons with disabilities, people with mental or intellectual disabilities, people with chronic illnesses, and people who have lost their documents.

Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
