Protection-Focused Multisectoral Humanitarian Response in Eastern Ukraine

Project goal:

To ensure safe movement and access to essential protection services for conflict-affected people and internally displaced persons, including older people, persons with disabilities, survivors of gender-based violence, and other at-risk groups in Eastern Ukraine. This will contribute to reducing immediate protection risks and supporting a dignified and inclusive response to the crisis, as well as recovery.

Project objectives:
  • to ensure the evacuation of war-affected people, including older people, persons with disabilities, and families with children;
  • to provide group, individual, and specialized psychosocial support (PSS) to war-affected population at the transit centers and through mobile teams;
  • to provide legal assistance to war-affected population.

June 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027.

Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.
