MESH: “Multisectoral Emergency Support for High-Severity Hromadas”
The project objective is toprovide comprehensive, vulnerability and needs-based, multisectoral assistance to the most vulnerable people, including evacuees and internally displaced persons (IDPs), residing in collective centers (CC), transit centers (TC), and private households in target hromadas, according to Strategic Priorities 1 and 2 of the Humanitarian Needs and Response Plan.

The project aims to address both the immediate and long-term needs of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ukraine. Particular attention is given to vulnerable population groups, including elderly people, women, children, and persons with disabilities. The initiative focuses on improving living conditions in collective centers, expanding the capacity to host and accommodate IDPs, and providing support to evacuees based on their individual needs.
