The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany represents the country's interests in the world. It promotes international exchange and offers protection and assistance to Germans abroad. It also promotes intensive interaction and exchange with the world in the fields of business, culture, science and technology, the environment, development issues and many other areas.

Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe is a humanitarian aid agency that has been helping people in need for over 65 years.

USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) works on behalf of the American people to save lives, alleviate human suffering, and reduce the impact of humanitarian crises worldwide. The Bureau responds to an average of 75 disasters in more than 70 countries every year, ensuring that aid reaches people affected by natural disasters, including hurricanes, earthquakes, and volcanoes, as well as protracted crises, such as drought and conflict.

The Representation of the European Commission in Ukraine was opened in Kyiv in September 1993, and then, from December 1, 2009, with the entry into force of the Lisbon Agreement, it was transformed into the Representation of the European Union in Ukraine, which is one of more than 130 Representations of the EU around the world. It has the status of a diplomatic mission and officially represents the EU in Ukraine.

Підтримка України є довгостроковим пріоритетом зовнішньої політики Естонії. З початку повномасштабної агресії Росії Естонія запропонувала Україні політичну, економічну та військову допомогу, забезпечила необхідну гуманітарну допомогу та розпочала відновлення.

New Democracy Fund був заснований у 2020 році Міністерством закордонних справ Данії у відповідь на демократичні виклики у східних країнах-сусідах. Відтоді фонд працює над зміцненням демократичного розвитку в регіоні, надаючи учасникам громадянського суспільства інструменти, методології, підтримку та знання для підвищення стійкості та реагування на швидко мінливі та різноманітні місцеві умови.
