The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of mobile top-up scratch cards for Kyivstar and Vodafone operators within the project “Comprehensive support and protection of vulnerable categories of evacuees”, implemented under the partnership agreement No. CBPF-UKR-25-S-NGO-34892 concluded on May 15, 2025, with the financial support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
Service delivery period: 10 working days after the conclusion of the supply contract and receipt of the customer’s application.
Payment: non-cash payment.
Tender documentation: tender.
Proposals must be submitted in one copy by August 27, 2025, by 6 PM in a sealed envelope or in person marked “Tender for the procurement of mobile top-up scratch cards for Kyivstar and Vodafone operators.”
