The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of mobile hot meal services for internally displaced persons in temporary accommodation facilities in the city of Dnipro.
Mobile hot meals will be delivered to beneficiaries at two temporary accommodation facilities in Dnipro.
The procurement of mobile hot meal services for internally displaced persons in temporary accommodation facilities will be carried out as part of the project “Protection and psychosocial services for representatives of low-mobility groups and persons with disabilities affected by the war” with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
Service delivery period: February 1 – July 31, 2025
Payment for the service is to be made in two steps:
- 50% prepayment at the beginning of each month;
- 50% postpayment, which may be adjusted based on the actual number of persons at the transit center and the number of portions ordered. The final amount of the second payment will be determined based on this data.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy on January 24, 2025, by 6 PM by mail in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the procurement of mobile hot meal services for internally displaced persons in temporary accommodation facilities for IDPs in Dnipro.”
