Human rights defenders appealed to the Verkhovna Rada with a road map for improving legislation on the protection of the rights of victims of armed aggression of the russian federation

Representatives of the Coalition of organizations dealing with issues of protection of the rights of victims of armed aggression against Ukraine appealed to the Verkhovna Rada with a road map for improving the legislation on the protection of the rights of people who suffered damage from the war. It is intended to provide the members of parliament with recommendations regarding existing draft laws and to draw their attention to the inconsistency of existing legislation and new proposals, the lack of explicit algorithms for government actions in the de-occupied territories, and the need for a systematic approach to compensation for war damage.
