Our four-legged companions, too, endure the war, experiencing its horrors alongside us. The Charity Foundation “East SOS” extends its care beyond people to include their cherished furry friends. Quite often, during evacuations from areas under shelling, we also rescue pets. They can’t tell us about their fears, but we can help them feel cared for.

Thanks to our cooperation with CSO “U-Hearts Ukraine,” we were provided with 423 kilograms of dry pet food. Our Foundation’s specialists hand over these packages to pet owners at the transit hub in Pavlohrad. Such support is especially important for animals recovering from evacuation and adjusting to new surroundings. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partners for their compassion and willingness to act.

For many, evacuation becomes an option only when they know their pets won’t be left behind. This truly speaks to their sense of responsibility and care. Thanks to this support, we’re able to help those we’ve rescued ensure their furry companions are looked after,” commented Oksana Kolesnyk, Humanitarian Program Manager at CF “East SOS.

A message to all in need of assistance: please don’t abandon animals to danger! We urge you to evacuate with your pets.

To register, you can call us Monday through Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) at: 0800 332 614.
