“How can I return the favor? You provided exactly what we needed! In the past, it was common to write about it in the newspaper but how can we thank you so that everyone knows?” asked Raisa from Popasna, the Luhansk region.

Raisa now lives in the modular town “Patriotychne”, located in Vasylkiv. The town in the Kyiv region sheltered 140 people who cannot return home. Families with children, older people, and people with limited mobility have settled there.

Our foundation received a request from the shelter and last week we delivered the aid:

  • 4 sanitary wheelchairs for people with limited mobility;
  • 8 packages of diapers and 4 packages of nappies for adults;
  • 4 units of hygiene kits for children under the age of three.

We are grateful to the Born to Live Charitable Foundation for their cooperation.

The project is implemented by the Vostok SOS Charitable Foundation with the financial support of the Japanese non-governmental organization Peace Winds Japan.
