Experts from Estonia conducted a series of workshops in schools of Luhansk region
Pupils in Severodonetsk and Lysychansk, as well as students of Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E.O. Didorenko and & nbsp; Faculty of Law, CNU Volodymyr Dahl was visited by Estonian writer, translator and artist Margus Lattik (Mathura), Steven-Hristo Evestus, a law graduate of the University of Tartu in Estonia, as well as Erika Tserkasina, Marie Kinks and Daria Dotsenko
For example, Mr. Mathura conducted creative writing workshops for students of schools №1 and №5 in Severodonetsk and Lysychansk school №24 and NVK Garant.
Steven-Hristo Evestus is a law graduate of the University of Tartu in Estonia. He was a prosecutor for almost 17 years from 2002 to 2018, most recently as Chief State Prosecutor in the General Prosecutor’s Office of Estonia. The main areas of work were organized crime, economic crimes and major corruption cases. He conducted a workshop for cadets of Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E.O. Didorenko and students of the Faculty of Law of CNU. Vladimir Dahl. The event discussed challenges in the field of anti-corruption, the importance of ethical standards, openness and accountability to society.
Erika Tserkasina – conducted human rights workshops for senior students of Rubizhne schools №3 and №4, as well as for students of Severodonetsk schools №14 and № 15
Marie Kinks – conducted English language workshops for 6th grade students of Rubizhne schools №3 and №4, as well as for junior students of Severodonetsk schools №14 and № 15.
Daria Dotsenko – conducted a team building workshop for 10th grade students of Severodonetsk school №1 and workshops for teachers of informal methods of working with children of Severodonetsk school №5, Lysychansk school №24 and Lysychansk NVK “Garant”.
