On September 20, 2025, the annual event “Festival of Thoughts” will take place in Kyiv, which will once again become a meeting place for proactive and caring people who shape civil society.

We invite organizations, activists, and initiatives who want to share how they are changing Ukraine for the better to join us.

We offer free spaces for stands. Join us, tell about your work, find partners and like-minded people.

To participate, you need to fill out the form at the link by August 24, 2025. We have prepared 9 spots, and after receiving applications, we will make a selection and notify participants of the results personally!

Read about the selection criteria in the attachment below.

Preference is given to national organizations that work in Ukraine and are actively involved in civil society development at local and national levels, work with Ukrainian communities and other local initiatives or partners.

We especially welcome applications from organizations that:

  1. Are led by women.
  2. Work with the needs of people with disabilities.
  3. Are led by IDPs.
  4. Advocate for the interests of Ukrainian citizens in temporarily occupied territories.

See you at the festival!

The festival is organized by the “East SOS” Charitable Foundation with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia and within the project “Support for War-Affected Vulnerable Groups and Residents of Remote Areas of Ukraine” with financial support from the EU.
