Project goal

The goal of the project is to ensure timely access to life-saving evacuation for vulnerable populations living in high-risk areas near the front lines in eastern and southern Ukraine, including the priority evacuation of persons with disabilities, elderly persons, and individuals with reduced mobility from settlements located 30–50 kilometers from areas of active hostilities.

People with disabilities, elderly people, internally displaced persons (IDPs), people with chronic illnesses, limited mobility, single parents with children, pregnant women, people in temporary or unstable housing, low-income families, people without access to their own vehicles, and other vulnerable groups affected by conflict or displacement.
