Comprehensive Humanitarian Assistance to Conflict-Affected Ukrainians and Third-Country Nationals in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Moldova
Funded by: Federal Foreign Office of Germany. Key areas of intervention include:
- Restoration of private households damaged or destroyed as a result of hostilities
- Repair and adaptation of homes for elderly individuals requiring lifelong care
- Equipping temporary accommodation facilities with essential furniture and appliances to improve living conditions
- Provision of legal assistance to individuals affected by the war
- Rehabilitation of critical infrastructure, particularly:
1.First-aid posts (FAPs)
2.Water supply systems, including the installation of boreholes
The main goal of the project is to restore housing conditions and social infrastructure for populations affected by the hostilities. This includes not only repairing private homes, but also ensuring dignified and functional living conditions for the elderly and other vulnerable groups.
Key Objectives:
Improve access to medical and social services by restoring critical infrastructure
Provide local communities with technical resources and tools to help them return to daily life after war-related destruction
Deliver legal assistance in the Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv regions, including:
- Primary and secondary legal consultations
- Group information sessions on rights and procedures
- Support with document recovery and compensation claims for damaged or destroyed property
