Institutional Support for the Charitable Organization “East SOS” in Assisting Victims of Russian Aggression in Ukraine
Project goal
This project aims to enhance the quality of information support for victims of russian aggression by improving the operations of the East SOS call center. The improvements focus on coordinating the distribution of humanitarian aid, organizing evacuations from frontline areas, and assisting in the resettlement of internally displaced persons. Efficiency is further increased through training and supervision of the Foundation’s team.
