The project aims to strengthen the professional skills of teachers and school administrators through training in modern project management methods, building digital literacy, developing the ability to attract additional funding for the restoration and development of the educational sector, which has suffered devastating consequences due to the war

The program is based on the educational and practical model “School – the Territory of Human Rights”. This model was developed as part of the action plan of the All-Ukrainian educational program “We Understand Human Rights”. It has been further enriched and adapted by experts to incorporate Estonian best practices in teaching Global Education methods
